Clear handling.
Quiet terms.

This page explains the basic way CZR handles inquiry details, project files, payment flow, revisions, and delivery. It is written to be readable, not theatrical.

What we collect

  • Name, email, phone, and the details you submit in the brief.
  • Project assets, notes, and revision requests you share during production.
  • Operational payment records needed for invoicing and project status.

How it is used

  • To review fit, prepare scope, and open the right checkout path.
  • To build, revise, and deliver the website and related files.
  • To contact you about project status, approvals, and handoff.

Checkout and invoicing

  • Stripe handles secure card payment. CZR does not store raw card details.
  • The project desk reflects payment status and links you back to checkout if needed.
  • Invoices and project records are kept as part of normal business operations.

Working terms

  • Project pace depends on the brief, selected package, and the materials provided.
  • Revisions follow the package scope agreed at checkout.
  • Ownership transfers on final payment unless another written agreement says otherwise.

Files and records

  • Project files may be retained for delivery support, invoicing, and continuity.
  • You can request deletion of inquiry details that are no longer needed operationally.
  • Some records may be kept when required for accounting or business administration.
